We extend the life of technology through refurbishment, while avoiding unnecessary replacements. We believe that technology doesn’t need to look new, just perform like it. This approach allows us to resell over 90% of the 250,000 devices we process annually.

Our certified refurbishment process

1. Anonymisation

Upon arrival at our production facility in Denmark the equipment is registered, cleaned and anonymized.

2. Data erasure

All products go through an industry leading GDPR compliant data erasure process that ensures the destruction of all data beyond recovery.

3. Classification

We test all functionalities and assess the visual condition of the products dividing them into 5 grades for laptops and 3 for desktops and peripherals.

4. Customisation

Memory, storage, keyboard layout, and power supply, are tailored to the designated destination. The devices are then packed, ready for the next user.

What you will receive

We want our customers to get the same “out of box” experience as when they buy a new product. Therefore, all of our products arrive in individually packed in T1A boxes made from a RESY mark recyclable material.
