How the Referral Programme Works

A simple way to make a quality introduction that could lead to stronger IT support and cyber security for another organisation.

1. You Make the Introduction

Refer an organisation that may benefit from Probrand’s IT support, cyber security, or managed services.

2. We Speak With Them

Our team will make contact, understand their requirements, and explore whether Probrand is the right fit.

3. Recognition Is Issued

If the referral becomes a new customer under a qualifying IT Services Agreement, both parties can choose from the available options.

*Programme Eligibility (Terms and Conditions)

To keep the programme clear and straightforward, the following conditions apply:

Rewards are available where the referred organisation is a new Probrand customer.
(i.e. has not previously transacted with Probrand.)
The referral must result in a minimum IT Services Agreement value of £5,000 per annum.
Rewards are issued once the agreement is live and any applicable cooling-off period has passed.
One reward is issued per successful referral, with no limit on the number of referrals that can be made.
Devices are subject to availability. Where required, a comparable model or equivalent specification will be provided.
